Water management is at the heart of the LivGrid system. The wall is watered from the top and the irrigation system delivers water to every plant.
From straightforward manual watering to automated irrigation, the system is adaptable to fit your lifestyle.

LivGrid kits range from 0.25m² to 1.0m², with bespoke options for more individual installations.

How LivGrid Works
Simple components. Thoughtful design. Working together.
LivGrid combines a modular framework, removable planting pods and integrated water management to create a living wall that's straightforward to plant, water and maintain.
It starts with the framework.
LivGrid framework modules click together to create the structural base of your living wall.
The LivGrid frame holds the removable pods at an angle. This brings the plants forward, creating visual impact while helping water and air move around the roots.
Water where the plant needs it.
Behind each planting pod is an integrated water reservoir.
The angled position brings one edge of the planted pod into contact with the water. Wicking fabric then draws moisture from the reservoir around the growing medium, helping moisture reach the plant's root structure.
Water flows through the wall.
LivGrid is watered from the top.
Water fills the reservoirs across the first row. Once they reach capacity, water flows through the overflow to the row below.
The process repeats until all reservoirs have been filled.
Surplus water is then collected and directed through the drainage system.
